Early in May 2012 InText was registered by DIN Certco as being in compliance with EN 15038 Standard. Our registration number is 7U396.
Approved in 2006 by the European Committee for Standardization, EN 15038 aims to normalize and systematize procedures of the translation processes for delivering language services, unify the approach to terminology management, define basic requirements for human and technical resources, quality control and project management and determine a framework for the interaction between clients and service providers in terms of their responsibilities.
Obtaining the notification of registration showcases the company’s efforts to optimize its procedures for producing high quality translations.
“EN 15038 registration is another important step taken by InText towards our clients,” stated Stanislav Kalenyuk, InText’s Chief Executive Officer. “It confirms our philosophy of business: transparency and flexibility in providing services to our clients.”
“InText has always been focused on establishing relationships of trust and confidence, we know that compliance with the EN 15038 Standard is essential to prove that our processes and workflow are aligned with the goals and requirements of our clients,” commented Kirill Fedotov, Head of the Sales and Project Management Department.
InText established procedures to comply with the requirements of the EN 15038 in 2008, and this year we have applied for and completed the registration process. It is yet another milestone that we reached after having obtained ISO 9001:2008 Certification in December 2011.
