Recently we have made another step forward: the Company has opened the Staff Training center. The Center will allow editors and proofreaders to learn and develop their professional skills.
There are several trainers now working in the Center. The programs are developed to fit the trainees with different abilities and areas of specialization. The Center is established to provide qualified and experienced translators with additional knowledge to ensure that the quality of InText company translations is high. Our experience has shows that learning, adaptation and further professional growth of proofreaders is the most effective in the work environment among the colleagues engaged in solving various tasks using similar methods and software. Obviously, every proofreader has his/her own specialization, expertise area, but it does not interfere with the process of refresher training. On the contrary, friendly working atmosphere helps to follow corporate values and standards.
It is worth mentioning that the Center has developed a candidate selection criteria and progress grading system. After the training, the Company offers the leavers various options of cooperation.
